Flat Roofing is our business and our experience covers all aspects and disciplines. From re-roofing to new build, from domestic to commercial, from Elastomeric built-up roofing to Single Ply and Liquid Applied Systems, from basement waterproofing to Bridge Decks and Roof Gardens.
We carry out detailed surveys of existing roofs to establish causes of failures and advise on specifications. We believe the specification is vital; after all, it's what is laid on the roof that dictates its life and cost.
Quality & Safety
In an ever moving and changing market we recognise the need for continuous training. We work closely with the Construction Industry Training Board to ensure that our management team and workforce is fully trained in all matters of quality contracting and Health and Safety. We support young trainees coming into the industry and provide opportunities for others to achieve National Vocational Qualifications. We have a commitment to training which builds a competent workforce, fully registered with the Construction Skills Certification Scheme. This ensures our customers obtain the best in Quality Contracting carried out in a safe and professional manner.
Materials
Choosing materials and complete specifications is a minefield. Some are excellent and some are to be avoided. Some are cost effective and some overpriced. Because we are unbiased and have experience with most of the systems on the market, we can present a range of options together with their relevant costs.
